The process

Six steps, start to finish

Most files move from application to funded inside one business day. SBA and commercial real estate are the deliberate exceptions.

Send the file

A short application: business details, how much you need, what it is for, and a read-only look at your business bank activity so we see real revenue rather than typed figures. Ten minutes. No fee, no obligation.

We underwrite it ourselves

On our core products the capital is ours, so our own underwriters make the call. No shopping your file around a panel, which is the single biggest reason other processes drag.

You get the structures that fit

Often more than one. We set out what each costs in total, what the payment looks like, and which we would choose in your position — including when the answer is the cheaper, slower one.

Terms in writing

Amount, payment, schedule and total cost of capital on the page before anything is signed. For SBA and large real estate we name the participating lender.

Sign and get funded

Electronic signature, then funds move. Advances, working capital and equipment can land within 24 hours; term loans and lines typically 48.

Same desk afterwards

Whoever ran your file is who you speak to about a renewal, an early payoff figure or a second facility a year from now.

Common questions

About the process

A merchant cash advance, working capital loan or equipment approval can fund in as little as 24 hours. Term loans and lines of credit typically run 48 hours. Commercial real estate runs 30 to 60 days and SBA 30 to 90 — those two involve more documentation and, in the SBA case, a participating lender.

Every product we offer repays monthly except the merchant cash advance, which remits weekly. That is deliberate: weekly remittance is what lets an advance track your sales rather than land as a single monthly charge.

We fund our core products — merchant cash advances, working capital, term loans, lines of credit and equipment — from our own capital, which is why we can decide quickly. SBA loans are issued by participating lenders, and the largest commercial real estate transactions are arranged with funding partners. We tell you which applies to your file before you proceed.

Nothing. There is no application fee and no obligation to accept an offer. The complete cost of capital is disclosed in writing before you sign anything.

At least one year trading, $180,000 or more in gross annual revenue, an active business bank account in your company’s name, and a U.S.-based operation.

Usually your three to six most recent business bank statements, basic business details such as EIN and entity type, and a government-issued ID for the owner. SBA and commercial real estate applications require a fuller package, which we assemble with you.
