What you get

How this works in practice

  • The longest terms we can arrange, so the smallest monthly payment.
  • SBA 7(a) for working capital, equipment and acquisitions.
  • SBA 504 for owner-occupied commercial real estate.
  • Often used to refinance costlier short-term obligations.
  • We assemble the package with you and place it with a participating lender.

How it works

Questions

About sba loan

No. SBA loans are issued by participating lenders under programs administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration. We prepare and place the application, and manage the process with you end to end. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agency of the SBA.

SBA programs require a fuller documentation package and a review set by the agency and the issuing lender. If you need capital this week, an advance or term loan is the better route.

A merchant cash advance, working capital loan or equipment approval can fund in as little as 24 hours. Term loans and lines of credit typically run 48 hours. Commercial real estate runs 30 to 60 days and SBA 30 to 90 — those two involve more documentation and, in the SBA case, a participating lender.

Every product we offer repays monthly except the merchant cash advance, which remits weekly. That is deliberate: weekly remittance is what lets an advance track your sales rather than land as a single monthly charge.
