What you get
How this works in practice
- Cash against invoices instead of waiting out the terms.
- Facility fees billed monthly and known in advance.
- Scales with your book — more invoices, more available capital.
- Consumer invoices are not eligible; B2B only.
- Works alongside a line of credit in most cases.
How it works
Three steps. One desk.
Send us the file
A short application and a read-only look at your business bank activity. Ten minutes, no fee, no obligation.
We decide
Our own underwriters review it. On core products the capital is ours, so the answer comes from us — not a panel you never meet.
Sign and get funded
Terms in writing, total cost on the page. Sign electronically and funds move — in as little as 24 hours.
What we look at

$180,000 annual revenue
Gross annual revenue of $180,000 or more, evidenced by recent bank statements.

Questions
About factoring
It depends on the structure. Notification factoring informs your customer that the invoice is payable to us; non-notification keeps the arrangement private. Your advisor will set out which applies before you sign.
A merchant cash advance, working capital loan or equipment approval can fund in as little as 24 hours. Term loans and lines of credit typically run 48 hours. Commercial real estate runs 30 to 60 days and SBA 30 to 90 — those two involve more documentation and, in the SBA case, a participating lender.
Every product we offer repays monthly except the merchant cash advance, which remits weekly. That is deliberate: weekly remittance is what lets an advance track your sales rather than land as a single monthly charge.
