3. Business purposes only

The products described here are commercial financing for business purposes only. They are not consumer loans, are not available for personal, family or household purposes, and are not subject to the protections that apply to consumer lending products.

4. Merchant cash advances

A merchant cash advance is not a loan. It is the purchase of a fixed amount of future receivables at a discount. It carries no interest rate and no annual percentage rate, has no fixed maturity date, and remits weekly. Duration varies with your sales volume.

5. Who provides each product

Bridgeway Advance funds merchant cash advances, working capital loans, term loans, lines of credit and equipment financing from its own capital. SBA loans are issued by participating lenders under programs administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration and are subject to SBA eligibility requirements and program rules. Certain commercial real estate transactions are arranged with funding partners. Bridgeway Advance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agency or instrumentality of the U.S. Small Business Administration or any other government body.
