Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 1 August 2026.

1. Who we are

Bridgeway Advance (“we”, “us”) provides commercial financing to United States businesses. Our offices are at 295 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10017. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit an application or contact form: name, business name, business email, telephone number, industry, time in business, gross annual revenue, the amount sought, and any description of intended use you provide.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard server request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps, retained for security and diagnostics.

Do not send us a Social Security number, bank login credentials or payment card details through this website.

3. How we use it

  • To evaluate your funding request and prepare the structures available to your business.
  • To contact you about that request at the details you provided.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations.
  • To protect the security and integrity of this website.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only to: service providers processing it on our behalf under written contract; participating lenders and funding partners where necessary to evaluate or issue the financing you requested — for example an SBA lender or a commercial real estate partner; and government or regulatory bodies where legally required.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only cookies strictly necessary to serve the pages you request. It runs no third-party advertising trackers and no behavioral advertising SDKs. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled, and visitors in jurisdictions requiring prior consent will be asked before any non-essential cookie is set.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to opt out of any sale or share — noting that we conduct neither. To exercise a right, email info@bridgewayadvance.com or write to the address above. We verify identity before acting on a request.

7. Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where it applies.

8. Security and retention

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain application information for as long as needed to serve your request and satisfy our legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

9. Children

This site is directed to businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted here before taking effect.
